Everything is big in Texas. DART® is tasked with managing the expansive public transportation system in Dallas. Making the experience more efficient is a high priority. Listening to customers, DART improved fare collection, navigation, and speed with its new GoPass® app. Additionally, DART wanted to jump on the opportunity to market the app and its benefits for other transit agencies. My role was to design digital marketing communication for their B2B industry trade shows, along with collateral  for everyday commuters, occasional riders, or one-time visitors, to understand the app's benefits and features of the app.
